Introduction These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Premara Care’s website, services and any related communications. By using our site or engaging our staffing services you agree to these terms.
Who we are Premara Care is a nurse‑led provider of temporary and short‑term staffing for care homes based in Sittingbourne and serving Swale and surrounding Kent areas. “Premara Care”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the company providing the services.
Scope of services We supply Registered Nurses (RGN), Healthcare Assistants (HCA) and short‑term emergency or planned cover, including nights and weekends. Services are provided subject to availability and confirmation of booking.
Booking, confirmation and cancellation
Booking — Requests may be made by phone, email or via our website.
Confirmation — A booking is confirmed when we send written confirmation or otherwise acknowledge the placement.
Cancellation — Managers must notify us as soon as possible of cancellations. Fees or charges may apply for late cancellations or no‑shows; these will be set out in your service agreement.
Client responsibilities Clients must:
Provide accurate information about the shift, resident needs and any clinical requirements.
Ensure a safe working environment and appropriate induction for agency staff.
Notify us immediately of any incidents, safeguarding concerns or changes to resident care needs.
Worker standards and conduct All staff supplied by Premara Care are selected for skill and attitude, hold required registrations and have completed mandatory training. Workers must follow client policies while on shift; serious breaches may result in removal from a placement.
Fees and payment Fees are invoiced as agreed in your service agreement. Payment terms are specified on invoices. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
Liability and indemnity We maintain appropriate insurance and follow robust recruitment and compliance processes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for direct loss is limited to the fees paid for the relevant placement; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Clients indemnify Premara Care against claims arising from inaccurate information provided to us or failure to follow statutory duties.
Data and confidentiality We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Confidential information exchanged between parties must not be disclosed except as required by law.
Intellectual property All website content, branding and materials are owned by Premara Care or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use our intellectual property without permission.
Termination Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice terms set out in that agreement. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
Changes to these terms We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified to clients. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
