Yes. Premara Care follows robust recruitment and compliance processes aligned with CQC expectations and best practice.
Agency staff must report incidents immediately to the client and to Premara Care. We will support incident reporting, investigation and any required follow‑up.
Yes. If a worker’s conduct or performance is unsatisfactory, notify us and we will investigate and, if necessary, replace the worker.

Yes. Block bookings are available and can be arranged under a service agreement.
Termination terms are set out in your service agreement; accrued obligations remain payable.
